Go for the food, not the service/experience. Lots of options for meats (focused on beef) and veggies. The spice levels listed may underestimate the actual amount of spice depending on your spice tolerance. Would recommend getting the broths mild and adding spice after tasting it. The sauce bar includes some fruit and is buffet-style with many options to mix things up. They were running a promotion where we got to pick out a paper from a box stating how many tries we got on their claw machine. It was a fun way to end the experience. Our server forgot things we requested and we had to ask another server (possibly shift-change). If you do tip under 10% of the AFTER-TAX amount they will ask you to write the reason on the receipt. I use capitals before as I realized that I had tipped roughly 11% pre-tax after writing my reasons. They were not very nice about it either, it felt very confrontational. The new server also made me point out the person who forgot our requests and claimed “maybe he will be punished”.

Great traditional hot pot experience! Make sure to do the Princeton special for 2; was plenty of food! We ordered the house broth and the spicy broth, and both were very very spicy, so much so that we had to fish out the chilis and add water to dilute (this was our mistake, we should have gone with less spicy options). However, the choices of meats were well cut and were great in the broths! The create your own sauce bar was very versatile, we ended up having to create sauces to help dilute the heat! A great BYOB spot! Will definitely be back with more people!

Everything is so good!! I love it! It's my first choice every time I want to eat hot pot. Crayfish and chicken rack are new dishes, which are very delicious and fresh！

Didn't expect to find a hot pot restaurant that provides such elaborate broth bases in such a rural area. People know their hot pot in the neighborhood! I love the fact that this restaurant provides customers with a good volume of chopped garlic and green scallions in the condiments section. Seaweed needed more vinegar to elevate the freshness. Vegetables platter taste okay but doesn't look as good as it tasted. Love the spiciness choice of broth. It's not for everybody though. Think over it before ordering.

We have been there a few times and were never disappointed. The choice part is a bit confusing, but once you figure that out, the experience is pretty good. We usually go in a team of 6 to 8 and order one or two soup bases that come in big pots and then order a combination of meat and veggies. All of it is very tasty. And our children love the experience.
